Experience DiSanto's piquant Nduja - a spicy, cured meat paste from Spilinga, Calabria, in southern Italy. Nduja, pronounced 'en-doo-ya', is most easily described as a spreadable salami. Traditionally made with ground pork meat, pork fat, hot chilli peppers and a little salt, the mixture ages for several months to develop its distinctive flavour.
